Always enjoy staying here when I'm in town visiting family. Clean quiet rooms and nice staff. Decent iron. Parking is a struggle. Some rooms could use updating but staff is always friendly.
Mostly newly renovated it seems, very clean and it was pretty quiet. My only complaint is that because there’s no carpet in the room it made the room kind of echoey especially when trying to watch TV. Was a lovely stay otherwise.
Very well located near lots of shopping and food. Rooms were clean. The whole property is ready for seniors. The property has just started a remodel. Before it was to dated. The gym is minimal but works. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Enough protein's!
Marland checked me in and he was SO VERY KIND AND ACCOMMODATING!!¡ Our room was excellent! We had a kingsize suite and having the desk and chair in the adjacent area was perfect! The continental breakfast was excellent! They offer a variety of choices to choose from. We look forward to coming back soon!
Small, comfortable room with good amenities. It’s located on a major road just minutes from the shore of Mobile Bay and less than an hour from the Gulf Shore beaches. There are lots of convenient places to eat nearby. Very clean. The hot breakfast included bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. Also, fresh fruit and Cinnabon, cereal, and yogurt.
We stayed here for a birthday getaway. The prices were so reasonable, especially considering how convenient it is—less than 10 minutes from anything you want to do. The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is FAR better than you normally get at this price point.
Great first impression and a nice stay. The desk clerk was really friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautifully decorated, very modern and clean. Our room was also clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny, but the shower had great water pressure, something I’ve not had in hotels lately. The small bathroom was really the only clue that the hotel had been updated and was not new. Overall a very nice Holiday Inn, we’d stay there again.
Best Local Pet friendly hotel in town. The Dog park is a 5 minute drive. Plenty of safe dog walk area. Breakfast Doggie bag made my stay The Staff all have such pleasant vibes and made all hotel guests welcome: Marlen, Felicia, Phillip, Housekeeping!!!! I recommend this hotel and will be back! And when I continue to travel with my pup around America, IHGs will be at the forefront.
